While we do strive for every piece to be near the same, all pieces are made by hand from start to finish. This means that some size and color differences may occur on your pieces.

Payment

To secure your order, a non-refundable deposit of 50% is required upon placing the order. The remaining balance is due upon delivery of the products.

Minimum Order Amount

There is a minimum order amount of $300.

Order Processing Time

We endeavor to process wholesale orders promptly. While we typically aim to fulfill orders within a 30-day timeframe, please note that the handmade nature of our products may occasionally require additional time.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size and weight of the order. Pallet shipping is available.

Shipping Destinations

Shipping outside of Canada additional shipping charges and customs fees may apply. These fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

Damaged or Missing Items

Please inspect your wholesale order upon delivery. Report any damages or missing items within 3 business days of receiving the shipment.

Every pieces is different

Due to the handmade nature of pottery every piece will be slightly different in shape, size and color.

Once payment has been made the order is non- refundable.
