Please check our Pottery Pick Up Page (located under the classes section) to see if your pottery is ready for pick up.
How to Pick Up Your Pottery
To pick up your pottery, please email us with the day and time you would like to come by so we can confirm that the studio will be open and that we are available to answer the door.
Please do not arrive without confirming your pick-up time first.
If we are in a class and are not expecting you, we will be unable to open the door, as our full attention needs to remain on the students in the studio.

We are now offering contactless pick- up from our storefront location.
To choose this option please select local pick up at checkout and you will receive an e-mail confirmation to decide on a time that works best to pick up your piece.
SHIPPING
We do ship worldwide. Our shipping costs are based on the weight and size of the box used to ship your items safely so it will make it to its new home in one beautiful piece.
RETURNS AND DAMAGED ITEMS

At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds on items or pottery classes.
DAMAGED ITEMS
While we do strive to have our piece arrive to their new home in one piece, sometimes that is not always the case.
If you receive a piece that has arrived damaged, please send an e-mail with an attached picture of the broken item within 5 business days to receive a replacement item shipped to you at no charge.
CARING FOR YOUR POTTERY

Never place your stoneware under the broiler or any other direct flame or heating element. This stoneware is oven safe to 500°F. Make sure the stoneware has warmed to room temperature before placing in the oven.
